Day 2

Second day at work and I still have the sniffles. Getting the workflow down, but not perfect just yet. It requires a lot of attention to detail and I was surprised just how much I missed. The office is small, friendly, but not really ‘intimate’. There’s a proclivity to be efficient so we can send back stuff to the China and Hong Kong offices by their time. Sadly, it means there’s not much talking or mingling and it’s proven a challenge to get to know my co-workers. It gets a bit lonesome and ridiculously mundane. Therefore, I intend to make the most of that little half-hour lunch break we have.
